Ebrard: AMLO's absence at the Summit of the Americas is a respectful disagreement

Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard signed, on behalf of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and on behalf of Mexico, a commitment with eight other countries for the protection of the oceans.

In an interview with CNN, Ebrard said that the absence of the Mexican president at the Summit of the Americas is a way of expressing a respectful disagreement for not integrating all the countries of the continent.
