The first night session was hectic, the second was just as hot.
Tuesday evening, in the National Assembly, the deputies continued the examination of the purchasing power bill, in a sometimes electric atmosphere.
The oppositions have on several occasions attacked the presidential camp, accusing it of advocating “
co
-construction ” but of not voting for the amendments coming from the other groups.
“
You talk about compromise and the need for dialogue, but you brushed it off.
We are disappointed with the attitude you have had to refuse any discussion
”, for example regretted the communist Fabien Roussel.
The temperature also rose a notch when the deputy of the presidential majority, Christine Le Nabour launched Sandra Regol, who demanded more gestures from the government: "
We never said that we wanted to compromise with you
".
Remarks which aroused a wave of "
Ahs
" and ironic applause in the ranks of the Nupes, the ecologist deputy Sandrine Rousseau, then retorting: "
Thank you madam for having said it so clearly because there was a doubt!
Now there you have the answer, there will be no compromise
”.

The first article voted after nearly 10 hours of debate
After nearly 10 hours of debate, which began on Monday afternoon, the deputies finally adopted article 1 of the bill on purchasing power, in particular giving employers the possibility of paying until December 31, 2023 a exceptional bonus of a maximum amount of 3,000 euros.
In all, 327 deputies voted for, 119 voted against.
Rather discreet throughout the evening, all of the LR and RN parliamentarians present voted for this article, after having announced during the parliamentary discussion that they were in favor of it, while regretting that their amendments were not voted.
Over the course of the evening, the discussions gradually turned to the match between the Nupes and the majority, which sometimes received the support of the RN, sometimes that of the Republicans.
The LFI deputy Aurélie Trouvou, who has distinguished herself on several occasions, notably split into a violent diatribe against the latter: “
Just now, I was criticized for speaking too loudly.
We may have to get used to lively debates in the National Assembly
, ”she belched.

Renaissance politicians have often criticized the ranks of the left for being invective and not in the proposal.
“
As often, you are in a caricatural vision of the business world
”, notably dropped, on several occasions, one of the rapporteurs of the text, Charlotte Parmentier-Lecocq.
The discussion, which continued until midnight, did not make it possible to study the 20 articles of this bill.
It will end, with an a priori favorable outcome for the presidential majority, which will have much more to fear from its amending finance bill (PLFR), which will be discussed at the end of the week.
