A Toyota Hilux vehicle was recorded traveling on Road 45, in the section between the Pisgat Ze'ev neighborhood and the Atarot junction.

In the video: A child was documented driving a van in the Jerusalem area (use according to section 27A of the Copyright Law)
A video released yesterday (Tuesday) documented the driver of a vehicle traveling wildly in a pickup truck on Road 45, in the section between the Pisgat Ze'ev neighborhood and the Atarot junction - and next to it was written that the documented driver is ten years old.
The police began investigating the case, during which they discovered that the driver is 17 and a half years old, a resident of East Jerusalem, who is legally licensed and has completed the required escort period.
After the check, the police released the driver on his way.
The documentation shows the driver trying to overtake the driver he was photographing, after noticing that he was zigzagging between lanes and driving wildly on the road.
"Reward not to believe," the passenger said.
"He's overtaking like a mentally ill person on the road with a 'new driver' sign. Look at that and you'll get a market of life."

Next, the passenger asked the boy to stop on the side and asked him what his name was.
The boy, noticing that it was not a policeman, continued his journey.
The police issued a statement stating that "the owner of the vehicle was summoned to the police and later the identity of the boy who was driving the vehicle was checked and he was also summoned for examination and questioning by the police."
The police even commented to a passenger who documented the case, and in its statement reads: "We will clarify that the use of cell phones by drivers while driving on the road, even if for the purpose of documenting other alleged traffic offenses - is a dangerous and irresponsible act that could endanger other road users."
