At about 10 p.m. yesterday (21st), two old men surnamed Liu (73 years old) and Peng (70 years old) were chatting together on the flyover on Ancui Street off Anda Village, Xiu Mau Ping. A 61-year-old male security guard went through the scriptures and found that Liu Weng was not wearing a mask, so he stepped forward to persuade him. It is believed that someone was so embarrassed that he became angry.

When the police arrived, Liu Weng was still emotional, and even kicked a male policeman with his "flying foot", and was eventually subdued.

Police officers later seized 4 suspected "Viagra" pills in Liu Weng's rucksack. He was eventually arrested on suspicion of "assaulting a police officer", "assaulting causing actual bodily harm" and "possessing the first poison"; He was also fined for allegedly violating the Prevention and Control of Disease (Wearing of Masks) Regulation (Cap. 599I).

Pang Weng, who was with him, was also arrested for "assault causing actual bodily harm". Both were detained and handed over to the Sau Mau Ping Police District Criminal Investigation Team for follow-up.

In the incident, the attacked security guard suffered head injuries and was sent to United Hospital for treatment; the male policeman did not need to be sent to the hospital.
