Today, the Palestinian Jihad movement held a mass rally in honor of the blood of the martyrs and an affirmation of the choice of resistance, entitled “The Unity of the Squares… The Road to Jerusalem” in the Yarmouk camp in Damascus.
The Secretary-General of the Jihad Movement, Ziyad Al-Nakhala, stressed in a video speech from occupied Palestine that continuing the resistance and struggle is the only way to liberate the land from the occupation entity, pointing out that the last battle with the enemy came to confirm the unity of the resistance with all its names in all Palestinian arenas.
Yasser Al-Shoufi, a member of the central leadership of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, explained that the battle of “the unity of the squares” represents an advanced stage in the Palestinian people’s resistance struggle, which every generation of this people affirmed is a race in defending the cause of central Arabism in Palestine. The new generations are escalating the resistance and strengthening their faith in the soil of Palestine Taher and her confidence in the final victory.
The Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command, Dr. Talal Naji, stated that the jihad movement embodied the Palestinian dream on the ground through a march full of sacrifice and redemption, adhering to national constants, and struggled to expel the occupation, liberate the land, and establish the independent state of Palestine with its eternal capital, Jerusalem.
The spokesman for the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Jihad Movement, Abu Hamza, presented, via video from Palestine, the most important points that were worked on during the “unity of the squares” battle, where the enemy tried from the beginning with various tools to incite the popular incubator to resist it, but his attempts failed and crashed on the rock of awareness of this incubator And its steadfastness, and the movement achieved great victories over this enemy.
The festival, which was held simultaneously in Gaza, Rafah, Jenin, Damascus and Beirut, included the screening of a film about the last battle with the occupation, the losses incurred by the enemy and the victory of the Palestinian resistance.
The festival was attended by the head of the Syrian Arab People's Committee for Supporting the Palestinian People and Resisting the Zionist Project, the Director General of Al-Quds International Foundation - Syria, a number of ambassadors and members of diplomatic missions accredited in Damascus, leaders and representatives of Palestinian factions, Palestinian-Syrian and Palestinian national parties, and religious, cultural, social and civil events.
