Homs, SANA- The branch of the Syrian Trade Corporation, in cooperation with Homs Governorate, opened an exhibition (Welcome to School) in the two national halls

The branch of the Syrian Trade Establishment, in cooperation with the Homs Governorate, opened an exhibition (Welcome to the School) in the Al-Wathba halls in the city center and Al-Wathba in the Ikrima neighborhood and will continue until the sixth of next September and include a wide variety of stationery and school supplies at competitive prices and discounts.

And the director of the branch, Muhammad Omran, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the exhibition is an annual tradition to reduce the burdens and costs on families and meet all the needs of their children in terms of stationery and school supplies at discounted prices, the percentage compared to the market for this season reaches more than 20 percent.

The director of Al-Wathba Hall, Ali Al-Mustafa, pointed to the great demand from the people of the neighborhood for all products, indicating that many people are waiting for the opening of the stationery exhibition to shop and buy what is needed, since the prices are encouraging and appropriate.

The participant, Ayman Najjar, indicated that his participation in providing notebooks close to the cost price, with a small profit margin, and from the product to the consumer, while the participant, Ayman Al-Zoubi, offers a variety of school bags and shoes, the price of which ranges between 15 and 28 thousand pounds.

The supervisor of a company's pavilion, Hussein Ibrahim, indicated that the sale is at cost, while Tariq Noaman, the owner of a bookshop, said that the discounts include various school tools and supplies.

A number of people and visitors to the exhibition expressed the importance of holding such exhibitions at encouraging and competitive prices in light of the current economic and living conditions.

The opening was attended by the Governor of Homs, Engineer Namir Makhlouf, the provincial police chief, Brigadier Ahmed Al-Farhan, the Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Eng. Rami Al-Yousef, and the President of Homs City Council, Eng. Abdullah Al-Bawab.
