The head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs in Russia Leonid Slutsky confirmed that Russia will consider the possibility of negotiating with Kyiv only if it is ready for unconditional surrender.
"I want to make it clear to the Nazis that we are ready to consider negotiating if the Ukrainian side is ready for unconditional surrender, the reduction of its armed forces to a minimum and the unconditional elimination of Nazism," Slutsky said in a video posted on (Telegram).
