Opinion The Civil Administration should be closed Israel today

2022-08-30T07:53:28.374Z

Recently, in a puzzling initiative, the Civil Administration decided to legalize quarries without an archaeological or environmental survey, without a TBA and without B'Tselem, and further expand them significantly • not in his ambition to enforce the law he trusts

Mother Nature gives us everything we need.

Her springs pour out water, her leaves are full of fruit, from her soil we will bring forth bread.

In a good way, she also gives us trees and stones to build us houses with, and like in the book "The Generous Tree" we take and take, and Mother Nature gives and gives until she has nothing left.

How easy it is to take from nature.

No need to make an effort.

The gifts just lay there, reach out and touch Ben.

If you want to build a house - just carve out a mountain.

If you want to make millions - keep carving.

You don't need to create something new, just take what's already there.

80 huge quarries operate throughout Judea and Samaria, and only seven of them have a quarrying permit, according to an investigation by Kan 11 and the Green Israel Forum last week.

The rest of the pirate quarries are spread over about 20,000 dunams and operate without permission, causing irreversible damage to the historical sites in the area, to the unique life and flora and to all the residents of the area, while raking in huge profits into the pockets of Palestinian tycoons close to the PA. There is justice and there is justice. Q It is called the Civil Administration, and it is the representative of the State of Israel in law enforcement.

Amma, recently, in a puzzling initiative, the administration decided to legalize the shartz and the quarries without an archaeological or environmental review, without an IBA and without B'tselem, and further expand them significantly. The Foreign Affairs and Security Committee of the Knesset put a temporary ban on this delusion, but the work in the field continues as usual.

For example, the largest pirate quarry in Israel, located about a stone's throw from my home, in Beit Fajar near Efrat in Gush Etzion.

Its size - about half the area of Givatayim.

At the initiative of the Regavim association, the court intervened and demanded the state repeatedly to stop the works, to confiscate heavy tools that bite into Mount Vanada.

The Civil Administration knows very well how to whistle the law when it is convenient.

Even when the quarry's gullies were crushed hundreds of meters from an ancient aqueduct that led water to Jerusalem, no change was recorded;

Not in the administration's ambition to enforce the law it is entrusted with, nor in the Palestinians' ambition to shred and pulverize our history, whether it is on purpose or simply due to greed for money, because Mother Earth gives and there is no one to stop them.

It's hard to say that the administration's conduct surprised me.

I have been following the activities of the administration staff for more than two decades, and to their credit I can only say this: they are consistent.

They have always sided with the Palestinians, as if they are not part of the Israel Defense Forces and wear its uniform, but as if they wear the enemy's uniform and are used as tools in his hands.

Only the situation is much worse: they do not openly wear the uniform of the enemy, and continue to act as if they are in the proxies of the State of Israel, while they harm it and serve the vision of the establishment of the Palestinian state, the one that will try to destroy the State of Israel, which pays them a salary.

Slowly more and more people see the absurdity.

Let's pray that the next minister of defense closes this body.

were we wrong

We will fix it!
