It is with this speech that Éric Zemmour returned, this Monday, to the French political landscape.
After a summer media diet, the unfortunate presidential candidate (7.07%) made his comeback in the most traditional way in the world for a politician: by a morning radio.
At the microphone of RMC, he assured him:
“If I was wrong electorally, for history, I was right.”
Reflecting on his thoughts of the past few weeks, he said:
"I thought, I doubted, I thought about stopping."
He chose, however, to continue.
Because he assures it: he is the only one to bring into the public sphere the identity and civilizational themes that are dear to him.
His entourage is convinced: there is a political space for Reconquest!, the party formed around Éric Zemmour.
After a bitter failure in the legislative elections in June, the party now wants to be part of the long term.
