Riots near Nice - Cologne: investigations initiated

The European Football Union UEFA has initiated disciplinary proceedings after the fan riots before the match between 1. FC Köln and OGC Nice in the Conference League.
The Bundesliga soccer club is officially under investigation for "throwing objects", "burning off fireworks or other objects" and other "interference by spectators".
