The members of the Anti-Narcotics Branch in Damascus arrested two drug dealers and confiscated 15 kilograms of hashish from their possession.
The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement that after receiving information to the Anti-Narcotics Branch in Damascus that a person was promoting narcotic substances in the governorates of Damascus and its countryside, and through follow-up and monitoring, the branch was able to arrest two people while possessing and trafficking 15 kilograms of hashish.
The ministry indicated that by interrogating them, they confessed to possessing and distributing narcotic substances, and the narcotic substances were confiscated, and investigations are still ongoing with the arrestees to reveal all those involved in the case to take the necessary measures against them.
