The "Stanley" bar opened in the "Backstage" hotel, near the Dizengoff Square in the city, this is a hotel that, and also its breakfasts, will be talked about quite a bit here and probably also at some foodies you follow and follow.

This is the first artisanal bar in Israel, that is, a bar where all of its alcoholic beverages are self-produced.

In the new place, behind which stand the MOLI people Gal Erazi and the winemaker Eyal Drori, all the alcohol is self-produced and locally handmade.

The bar specializes in cocktails and drinks derived from self-produced alcohol distillates, and these will change according to the seasons and the raw materials.

Some of those materials, by the way, will come from "leftovers" from breakfast at the hotel as part of the "zero waste" policy maintained there, such as beet and apple liqueur.

Chef Lotan Chaik is responsible for the food at the place, which, as mentioned, is just as intriguing as the alcohol, while the one who advised him in building the menu was Ido Feiner (Roberta Vinci).

The menu created by the two is adapted to the cocktails and the atmosphere of the bar and includes: sea fish crudo with hot peppers, sea fish sashimi "leche de tigre", marinated fish bruschetta, corned beef, beef tartare, roasted pumpkin, sourdough French toast and more.
