The "king of grimaces" also has a lot to offer verbally: Prince Louis' first word was "Mary", revealed Princess Kate in a BBC program.

London – With his wonderful grimaces on the balcony of Buckingham Palace at Queen Elizabeth II's jubilee (96, †2022), with which he conquered the hearts of the fans "in flight" (the Miniroyal screamed with all his might against the thundering turbines of the Royal Air Force in formation flight and covered his ears), Prince Louis (4) finally stepped out of the shadow of his older siblings.

His mother, Princess Kate (40), has revealed a little secret about him.

Sweet story of the youngest member of the royal family of Wales

Sweet as sugar is the story of the Princess of Wales, who revealed her baby's first word at a legendary baking show.

As the wife Prince William (40) reported, it was not, as is usually the case, mom, dad, the name of his siblings Princess Charlotte (7) or Prince George (9), but: "Mary".

Prince Louis' first word was "Mary," his mother reveals with a laugh on a BBC program.

The explanation can be found between maple syrup and icing: because what few people know is that William and Kate are big fans of the baking show "The Great British Bake Off".

Kate is particularly enthusiastic about the show and is now in personal contact with the star of the show, Dame Mary Berry (87).

The famous author has a permanent place in the royal kitchen in the form of cookbooks.

Princess Kate: Well prepared for her future role as royal consort:

Queen biographer Sally Bedell Smith told People that the Duchess studied Queen Elizabeth II so as not to leave anything to chance when her time came.

"She knows what matters.

She'll have absorbed a lot from that queen," Smith said.

Despite being 56 years apart, the late Queen and Kate share similar attributes that the role of Queen entails: stoicism, discretion and loyalty.

It remains to be seen how the Queen's royal motto for public life: "Never complain, never explain" is ordered.

Prince Louis' first word was inspired by "Mary Berry".

This is where things come full circle, as the

mother of three herself said on the BBC program "A Berry Royal Christmas" where the royal couple was a guest: "One of Louis' first words was 'Mary', because at his height all the cookbooks were on the kitchen shelf"

At the Queen's funeral ceremony, William and Kate decided against Prince Louis' attendance, while Prince George and Princess Charlotte were allowed to accompany their parents on the funeral procession and at Westminster Abbey.

The joy of the fans is all the greater about every little snippet about the promising youngest Cambridge scion.

Prince Louis should not leave the field to his siblings for much longer.
