"I wouldn't recommend anyone to open champagne, but there are a few things that can be said based on the samples," says Strochler.
"The Israelis flocked to the polls. In recent weeks they talked about indifference, but in practice the turnout skyrocketed. It is very possible that the division on the left side of the map and in the Arab parties determined the fate of the elections."
