Tyson Foods' chief financial officer was arrested after he allegedly entered the wrong house and fell asleep.

The arrest of the chief financial officer of Tyson Foods comes after another case of public misconduct by a high-ranking executive of a food company.

(CNN) --

It's the latest case of high-ranking executives misbehaving in public: Tyson Foods CFO John R. Tyson was arrested over the weekend after allegedly breaking into the wrong house and fell asleep in a bedroom.

Tyson, 32, was arrested Sunday in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and booked into the Washington County Jail at 2:23 am local time.

According to the police report, Tyson, who is the great-grandson of the meat processing giant's founder, was charged with public intoxication and trespassing.

Tyson allegedly entered a house that did not belong to him and was found asleep in bed by a woman who lived there, according to a press report.

The woman called police, who identified Tyson from his driver's license.

The arrest report says Tyson was released the same day on bond.

"We are aware of the incident and as this is a personal matter, we do not have any additional comment," Tyson Foods said in an email to CNN.

Tyson's arrest follows another case of public misconduct by a high-ranking executive of a food company.

Doug Ramsey, the former COO of Beyond Meat, left the company last month shortly after being arrested for assault.

Ramsey was arrested in September on "terrorist threat" and assault charges after he allegedly bit off a man's nose after a college football game in Arkansas.

Ramsey was released on $11,000 bail the next day, according to court records.

Beyond Meat suspended Ramsey after the incident and he left the company in October.
