The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its forces targeted and destroyed, during the past 24 hours, many Ukrainian military sites and installations, including American missile systems, command centers and weapons depots, in addition to shooting down 6 drones.
According to the ministry's data,
six Ukrainian drones were shot down using Russian air defense systems in the Donetsk People's Republic.
Two missiles from the Alder multiple launch system were shot down in the Gocelsko region of the Donetsk Republic.
The destruction of a workshop for assembling engines for Ukrainian Air Force aircraft at the Motor Sich Company in Zaporozhye.
In the direction of Kobyansk:
– Targeting Ukrainian armed groups in several regions of the Luhansk People's Republic, which resulted in the death of more than 20 Ukrainian soldiers, and the destruction of an armored personnel carrier and two pickup trucks.
Today's operations included:
- Foiling offensive attempts by three Ukrainian tactical groups in Makievka, Chernovopovka, and Krymanaya in Luhansk, and a failed Ukrainian attempt in the direction of Klomochikha in Luhansk.
- The liquidation of more than 30 soldiers and mercenaries.
Three armored fighting vehicles and five pickup trucks were destroyed.
Towards the south of Donetsk:
- Russian forces thwarted attempts by Ukrainian forces to launch a counterattack in Slavno, Pavlovka, Rovnopol and Frymovka.
The attacking forces suffered about 50 dead and wounded.
Destroying two armored vehicles and three pickup trucks.
The operations included:
- Destroying the command post of the Ukrainian armed forces near the village of Vesely in the Kherson region.
- Destroying 62 artillery units in firing positions.
Destroying two US HIMARS missile launch vehicles with high-precision Russian missiles in the Kramatorsk region of the Republic of Donetsk.
The destruction of the artillery battalion of the 40th Artillery Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Volchansk and Gatysh regions of the Kharkov region.
The Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, according to the Ministry's data:
- The Ukrainian forces do not hesitate to fabricate provocative attempts by targeting the plant with missiles on a daily basis in order to create a nuclear catastrophe.
Yesterday, Ukrainian forces fired 11 heavy-caliber artillery shells at the station in Zaporozhye.
The station lands were targeted twice today.
The consequences of the damage caused by this bombing will be clarified after examining the station area by experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency and Rosatom.
The radiation situation in the nuclear power plant area is normal.
