The incident happened at 2:00 am on August 6 this year, a murder occurred opposite a restaurant in Lingjing, Tuen Mun.
There were three men who were suspected of being attacked with a hard object.
Rescuers rushed to the scene and found a 22-year-old man, Liang Xjia, with a head injury. He was unconscious and sent to Tuen Mun Hospital for treatment.
The 22-year-old man was certified dead at 2.59pm on August 8.
After further investigation, the police classified the case as murder.
The police arrested a 21-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy on August 6 in connection with the case. The 17-year-old boy was provisionally charged with one count of "murder" and two counts of "wounding".
