Today, a developmental “stand-up academy” event entitled The Damascene Rose was held in the multi-purpose hall of Dar Al-Assad for Culture and Arts.
The event, which was supervised by the international consultant and trainer Osama Sate, included performances by the Damascene Rose Band, and an interactive seminar with a group of cultural, media and economic personalities on constructive moral foundations and values and how to re-empower them in the younger generation, followed by a number of dance performances by the Miral Dance Company.
Dr. Osama Sate said in a statement to SANA: We are trying, through the event, to shed light on the role of parents, to strengthen the foundations of a normal moral structure for children, to preserve sound educational values and principles, and to safeguard them from extinction by returning to the fragrant past and caring for authentic Arab values.
He pointed out that the event is the sixth of the “stand-up academy” theater, which included new creative ideas that touch the concerns of society, and provide effective solutions to issues and problems that hinder the progress of society.
Musa Abdel Nour, President of the Union of Journalists, explained that the title of the symposium, the Damascene rose, is a symbol of the Syrian family, which was represented by the morals and original principles on which children were raised, pointing to the pivotal role of state institutions and ministries in guiding behavior within a strategy that focuses on how to immunize people from the remnants of war.
At the end of the symposium, a number of companies supporting this social activity were honored by the public sector represented by the Syrian Company for Transportation and Tourism and the Arab Advertising Agency, and the private sector represented by the “Sama Bell” electronic payment company, the “WhatsApp” company for electric power solutions, the Kbour Company, the Gilgamesh Institute and the Al-Sabah Industry Company. fashion.
