A 70-year-old pedestrian was killed this morning (Thursday) by a truck at the Bnei Brit/Habushem intersection in Ashdod.
The truck driver was arrested.
At the same time, the street is blocked to traffic, and there are heavy loads.

MDA emergency medicine medics Avisaf Kanaf and Eliezer Shtisel said: "The pedestrian was lying on the road unconscious after being hit by a truck and civilians rescued her.
She was without a pulse and not breathing and with a very severe multi-system injury and unfortunately we had to pronounce her dead on the spot."
