More than 10,000 Kurds demonstrated in Paris: "France protects us very badly"

This Saturday morning, thirteen days after their last demonstration in Paris, they were 10,000 according to the police headquarters, that is to say "at least 25,000", according to Berivan Firat, spokesman for external relations of the Council Kurdish Democratic Party in France (CDKF), pounding the pavement in the Gare du Nord district (10th arrondissement).

Kurds from across Europe pay tribute to Sakine Cansiz, 54, Fidan Dogan, 28, and Leyla Saylemez, 24, three Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) activists who were shot in the head on January 9 2013, at the Kurdistan Information Center (CIK), in this same tenth arrondissement.
