Taras Melnichuk, representative of the Ukrainian government in parliament, announced today that his country has officially withdrawn from the agreement signed with the Russian government regarding the mutual establishment of commercial branches and economic missions in the embassies of the two countries.
Melnichuk wrote on his Telegram channel, after ending the work of a cabinet session in Ukraine, “Today we made a decision to cancel the agreement concluded between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on the mutual establishment of the trade and economic mission branch as part of the Ukrainian embassy in the Russian Federation and a branch of the trade mission of Russia,” to end the work. Officially by the Ukrainian side of this agreement, which was concluded between the two sides on the 29 of April 2009 in Moscow.
The Trade and Economic Mission was part of the Ukrainian Embassy in Moscow.
And the head of the Ukrainian regime, Vladimir Zelensky, announced on February 24 that Ukraine had decided to sever diplomatic relations with Russia.
