A Geretsrieder, who has been convicted several times, doesn't take it too seriously when it comes to the conditions of probation.

The 20-year-old lets a buddy do his community service.

Geretsried/Wolfratshausen

– He screwed it up.

But thorough.

Instead of taking care of therapy and doing community service, which would have saved him from prison after being sentenced to two years in youth custody, a 20-year-old man from Geretsrieder didn't take the probation conditions too seriously - and on top of that became a criminal again.

Not only was the probation revoked.

Geretsrieder was sentenced to another eight months in prison for spying on data, possession of drugs and aiding and abetting in the forgery of documents, this time without a chance of parole.

"There is absolutely no reason why we should trust you, after everything you have done in the last two years," said judge Friederike Kirschstein-Freund, explaining the hard decision of the lay judge.

"It's not just that you're not doing anything.

They also try to make fun of us.” The judge was referring to a crime that is rarely dealt with in court.

When a friend offered to do community service in his place, the 20-year-old accepted.

Comment: "Would be so great!"

Dizziness flies

But that wasn't it, because the dizziness was exposed.

That's why the helpful buddy (18) was in the dock - for forging documents.

He was sentenced to 48 hours of community service for copying his friend's signature.

Far more serious were the crimes that the public prosecutor charged the 20-year-old with.

He is said to have gained access to an acquaintance's Instagram account in September 2021, communicated on her behalf, passed on the password and requested adult images.

In addition, the accused kept amphetamines in the refrigerator at home.

He admitted both, but didn't really feel guilty.

He knew about the drugs, but friends had brought them with him.

He gave him access to his acquaintance's account himself - dead drunk at the accused's birthday party.

"She broke the carpet and my birthday party," the 20-year-old justified the later "revenge action."

Judge: "That's totally perfidious"

"That's totally perfidious," the judge later reproached him in the verdict.

"No matter what the girl did before, she didn't deserve it." The defendant cited "a depressive phase" as the reason for the drug relapse - he had admitted to having used again - and the lack of commitment in fulfilling the conditions of probation. return.

As a result, his defense attorney felt it was counterproductive to keep his client locked away for so long, in terms of the educational spirit that is paramount in juvenile justice.

"I think that you can get probation again," says the lawyer, "if he uses the time."

Also interesting: Lawyer: “She doesn't steal because she needs it.

She wants to punish herself.”

The jury did not have that much confidence in the accused.

The court refrained from including the eight months in the earlier judgment "so that you have to start the two years as soon as possible," as judge Kirschstein-Freund explained.

The new judgment is not yet final.
