The Ministry of Defense announced that “for the third day in a row, search and rescue operations and rubble removal carried out by our armed forces, deployed on the ground in all affected areas in the governorates, continue day and night, around the clock, in cooperation with the national, brotherly and friendly rescue teams that came to Syria to provide assistance to the Syrian people in confronting the humanitarian catastrophe he is exposed to.”
The ministry added in a statement on its website: “The military hospitals also continued to receive the injured, provide the necessary first aid, perform immediate surgeries, and provide the necessary medical care.”
And the statement continued: “The Armed Forces clubs also continued to receive citizens afflicted by the humanitarian disaster, and worked to provide the necessary assistance and needs to ease their burdens and meet their requirements and needs.”
