The Michelin Guide will reveal the lucky stars of its 2023 vintage on Monday. The ceremony, initially scheduled for 5 p.m. at the Palais des Congrès et de la Musique in Strasbourg, was brought forward to 10 a.m. due to the national strike scheduled for the next day.

The latter has already been amputated by two limbs, since the "Red" launched hostilities with a fanfare on Monday by demoting - to general amazement - Guy Savoy to the Monnaie de Paris and Christopher Coutanceau to La Rochelle (but also the Table de l'Alpaga in Megève, Jean-Luc Tartarin in Le Havre and the Restaurant Michel Sarran in Toulouse, which went from two to one star).
