Four years after the fire that ravaged Notre-Dame de Paris, the Minister of Culture is going to Amiens on Tuesday to announce a security plan for the cathedrals.
Optimists will say bad luck is good for something, pessimists say this list of metrics comes a little too late.

The building with its dazzling facade still has 13th century framework - like Paris before the fire - and its spire also burned down almost five hundred years ago.
Insulation and overlapping of attics, installations of dry columns and thermal cameras, plan for safeguarding works of art, video surveillance system, referencing methods to allow firefighters to intervene, additional budget for architects of buildings in France... The plan represents 18 million euros.
