- A year ago, Emmanuel Macron came first in the first round of the presidential election.
What conclusions do you draw from this start of your second term?

We can say that from the beginning, nothing worked as expected.
First, it took Emmanuel Macron an infinite amount of time to designate Elisabeth Borne as prime minister and a government with few elements of surprise.
Then there was this semi-victory in the legislative elections.
The president immediately chose to be very internationally focused, which gave the French the impression that he was not really interested in them.
All these elements have led to a rather slow but real erosion of its popularity rating.
And then came the heavy act of this second term: this pension reform, so badly "fitted", so severely perceived by the French.
