Radical break in the accompaniment of the unemployed or umpteenth administrative artifice?
Since its launch last September, the France Travail site has been divided.
How could it be otherwise for a project that aims for nothing less than
“to make the nation's HR department more efficient”,
as its promoters sell it.
Far from fading away, the questions continue to grow as the project progresses.
The initial intuition is nevertheless unanimously welcomed: full employment can only be achieved by seeking out the people who are furthest from it.
A segment on which France is significantly behind.
This weakness is explained in particular by
"the multiplicity"
of the actors present, according to Thibaut Guilluy, the High Commissioner for Employment and Business Engagement, who was in charge of the file.
Thus coexist Pôle emploi the flagship, local missions for young people, Cap emploi for the disabled, but also the Association for employment...
