But in this case the situation is a bit more complex.
The 32-year-old is said to have fathered three children within ten months with three different women.
The mothers are all his employees, Italian media reports.
The first mother now sued the entrepreneur for acknowledgment of paternity.

In February 2022, Mario S. begins an affair with an employee.
The two decide to move in together soon after.
Within three months the woman became pregnant.
However, problems arose from the very beginning of pregnancy.
In order not to endanger the health of the unborn child, the young woman expressed doubts as to whether her work in the rescue service could be reconciled with a high-risk pregnancy.
This is where the first disputes are said to have arisen.
The relationship between the two crumbled.
Eventually, the young woman moved back to her parents.

Meanwhile, the man began another affair with a female employee, who became pregnant shortly thereafter.
This is said to have started the problems for the first partner.
At first he assured his first partner that she would contribute to the costs of the pregnancy and the child.
Then he distanced himself more and more from the mother of his firstborn.
Most recently, he categorically refuses to acknowledge his son (born in January 2023).
Meanwhile, he even attends a "baby shower" with his second pregnant partner (due in June).

The first partner contacts a lawyer to request a paternity test.
Then a third pregnant woman appears on the scene.
The entrepreneur is also said to have started a romantic relationship with this employee.
The child is due to be born in October.
First partner appeals to father's sense of responsibility
"I hope that person takes on the responsibility that comes with being a father.
There are at least two single mothers who hope that at least the third one will be fine.
And soon, a few months apart, three half-brothers will be born, linked by the same father,” says the mother of the firstborn.
The woman appeals to her work colleagues.
"Be careful, don't be fooled.
It is not fair for an employer to behave in this way.”
In September, a court is due to rule on the paternity and alimony lawsuit brought by the first partner.
There are still a few months left for the company boss to think about his skepticism about his supposed offspring.
