Drake Bell is safe after police alert that he was "missing and in danger"

Actor Drake Bell is safe after being reported missing, according to information released by the Daytona Beach (Florida) Police Department.

In a Facebook post, police said his officers are searching for Jared Bell, born June 27, 1986. "He is considered missing and endangered," police said.

"At this time, we can confirm that law enforcement is in contact [with him] and that Mr. Bell is safe," they added hours after raising the alarm.

The message from the authorities on the social network added that Bell should "be traveling in a 2022 gray BMW and his last known location is potentially the Mainland High School area" this Wednesday before 9:00 p.m. Florida time.

Daytona Beach is a city in Florida, on the Atlantic coast.

It is known for the Daytona International Speedway race track, home of the iconic Daytona 500 NASCAR race.

Jared Drake Bell, 36, born in Santa Ana, California, began his acting career in the 1990s, on the sitcom
