They held a demonstration at the Brazilian Embassy, in which the parents of Emmily Rodríguez also participated. They insist that they threw her from the sixth floor.

"If you have money, they release you; if you are poor, you stay in prison," was the complaint from the friends of Emmily Rodrigues (26), the Brazilian who fell

from a sixth floor

in Retiro and died on March 30, in the protest they organized at the door of the Brazilian Embassy in Buenos Aires.

Emmily's parents participated in it.

Like the women, they demonstrated against the release of businessman Francisco Sáenz Valiente (52), the only defendant in the case.

Another of the requests from relatives and friends for the arrest of Juliana Magalhaes Mourão (37),

the woman who had invited Emmily

to the Libertad department at 1500, Retiro, in what would be her last night.

"She is a doctor. It is not explained how she did not perform first aid on the street. She abandoned a person. At no time did she show her face," was one of Brenda's accusations, who, together with Emmily's group of friends, and her organization "Group of Brazilian Women in Buenos Aires" is carrying out an investigation parallel to the official one.

"Juliana Mourão, the accomplice and treasonous friend who allowed Emmily's murder to take place must be brought to Justice," reads one of the banners pasted on the front of the Brazilian Embassy building.

Another reads "Brazil has a moral and legal responsibility to intervene in this case in which

the human rights

of Emmily and her family are being clearly violated," one of the requests from relatives.

That is why they chose the Embassy as the place for the protest.

The case is in the hands of the prosecutor Santiago Vismara, of the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor's Office 10, and Mariela Labozzetta, of the Specialized Prosecutor Unit for Violence against Women (UFEM), who have decided to handle the information around the case with caution. .

Sáenz Valiente

was detained for three weeks

for "aggravated homicide by femicide, illegal possession of a weapon and supply of narcotics."

Martín Del Viso, in charge of the National Criminal and Correctional Court 31,

ordered his release

and, at the same time, a series of demands that the accused must comply with while the investigation continues.

He ordered the release on bail of "Francis" for "lack of merit", for which Sáenz Valiente was able to leave the Annex of the Warden's Office 4 bis of the City Police, located at Avenida Vélez Sarsfield 140, Barracas, in the last few hours. .

Arístides Da Silva Gomes is Emmily's father.

He lives in Salvador de Bahia.

He arrived in Buenos Aires within hours of learning about the death of his daughter.

He is a lawyer, like his partner, who accompanies him during his stay in the city.

"We are concerned about

the influence that Sáenz Valiente seems to have

. We believe that it may hinder the investigation. We ask that the Brazilian Justice intervene," he says, with the help of a compatriot who acts as a translator.

And he adds: "There is a lot of evidence that she did not throw herself away;

Emmily was thrown away

. She did not consume substances, as they say. She was healthy. Yesterday's raid did not bother us. We want clarification of the case."

The couple plans to return to Salvador de Bahia in the next few days.

The raid to which Arístides referred was last Wednesday in the tower of Doblas at 900, where Emmily lived, and now the couple occupies.

According to the sources consulted by Clarín, they would have found remains of marijuana, pieces of paper and a pipe.

In addition to alcoholic beverages.

"She wanted to leave the apartment," reconstructed Brenda, Emmily's friend, accompanied by a group of 20 women.

"She called her boyfriend 40 times. She was desperate. But in her house there were three more people: how do you explain that they couldn't control her if she was as out of sorts as they say?"

The Brazilian's friends also

reported having received threats

in the last few hours.

And they confirmed that they will organize another protest in the coming days, while they posted another poster in front of the Embassy: "And if it was your daughter who was thrown out the window? Justice for Emmily."
