The presidential candidate for radicalism, Gerardo Morales,
celebrated
this Friday in Misiones the decision of President Alberto Fernández to desist from going for re-election.
“It would be irresponsible for the president to try to continue governing leading him to ruin.
Alberto Fernández's legacy
is more poverty, more inflation, more indebtedness, more anarchy, distrust and loss of credibility.
There is a lack of authority to solve the problems of the Argentines ”, he maintained during his time in Posadas.
Morales also stated that "the government
cannot overcome this social and economic chaos with any candidate
" and predicted that the legacy of the Frente de Todos will be "more backwardness, more indebtedness, more inflation, more poverty."
"It would have been irresponsible for him to pretend to continue governing when he is leading us to the abyss," added Morales.
And he lamented that the only reading of the Frente de Todos is "to see
how they are going to accommodate the goals of the internal
and not how to solve the problems of Argentina."
In this sense, the governor of Jujuy did not hesitate to speak of "anarchy" within the Frente de Todos, and said that the solution involves "defining rules, restoring order in public accounts."
In this sense, he indicated that
"the only political force in a position to govern the country is Together for Change."
"We have to fix this mess, the problem of inflation, the exchange rate and if we call to invest in Argentina we have to allow them to take the profits," he listed.
And he wondered "what is the business of stopping the importation of capital goods."
Morales argued that
the conditions are not in place
to dollarize the economy, as proposed by Javier Milei and aimed to generate a productivist project, with tax relief for small and medium-sized businesses, which are the ones that generate the largest workforce.
Regarding the elimination of the exchange rate, the radical indicated that "we will not be able to do it from one day to the next, but we are going to take measures, such as this issue of restrictions on the remittance of profits that prevent many foreign investors come”.
He argued that it is possible to do so
in the first year of management

“We don't want to do what happened to us between 2015 and 2019. We lifted the stocks and then we had to put it back on.
We lowered the withholdings and then we had to increase them, ”he recalled.
Morales complained that during the Alberto Fernández administration,
16,000 workers were appointed to “state companies that are bankrupt.
They are all members of La Cámpora.
I am not going to take charge of that, so I say it clearly, so as not to surprise anyone ”.
The radical leader downplayed the drama of the fierce internship between Patricia Bullrich and Horacio Rodríguez Larreta and considered that it will be resolved before the STEP.
"In this sense, he said that the radicals have experience on the issue of the inmate," he added.
“In two months we are going to have
a government plan
, which we did not have in 2015, when we almost reached the bullfights.
Now we are praying more and they are not going to threaten us ”, he maintained, in a clear allusion to the statements of Aníbal Fernández, who predicted that the streets will be watered with blood and death if the opposition wins the elections.
The man from Jujuy highlighted that "in radicalism we are less at odds than ever" and assured that "there is good energy in Together for Change.
I see Horacio and Patricia very well and we are going to reach a common (government) program”.
Regarding the closing, Morales maintained that the candidates from the interior “have a hard time rowing a little more.

Morales was accompanied by the candidate for governor of Misiones, Martín Arjol;
