Driven by its summer attendance, the Camargue city has a dynamic gastronomic scene that gives pride of place to local ingredients.

Orchestrated since 2016 by the trio Laura Vidal, Julia Mitton and Harry Cummins (La Mercerie and Livingston in Marseille), this bistro continues to welcome young international chefs in residence every two or three months.

A must for locals and tourists curious to discover cuisines in tune with the times.

The charming setting and the sharp selection of natural wines do not spoil anything.

Until May 1, the duo of Lebanese chefs Gab & Joyce, sublime, with their experience in Japan and Venezuela, modest ingredients thanks to sauces and cooking full of delicacies: crispy fried sardines to dip in an unstoppable sauce homemade ranch with fromage blanc and chilli oil, well-grilled mullet to share, served with fennel salad and Camargue rice with sesame seeds…
