At the head of the five is the criminal Shagib Tyree. The five are accused of blackmailing the complainant for months, in several different cases and places, including a restaurant in Herzliya, the hotel where he was staying while one of the suspects was dressed as a messenger Walt, and at the home of the complainant - who jumped out of the window out of fear and called the police: "They want to kill me"

An indictment was filed today (Friday) against the perpetrator Shagib Tyree, Raz Reuven, Alexey Primek, Kevin Marcinkiewicz and Reuven Zeleka for robbery, extortion by threats, causing the victim to jump out of the window of his apartment to escape from them and obstructing court proceedings.

In 2021, according to the indictment, the complainant ate at a restaurant in Herzliya, where he noticed Thierry, approached him and said hello.

When he left the restaurant - Tyree, Primek and two others were waiting for him and blocked his way.

Tyree ordered him to bring them the Rolex watch he was wearing while Primec took about 3000 euros from Tico.

In addition, Tyree threatened him that from now on he would have to transfer 10,000 euros to him every month, and if he refused, his son would be hurt.

Primek threatened him that if he told the police he would "put him in a wheelchair".

Following the threats, the complainant transferred about 9000 dollars to Tyree.

When he stopped transferring money to Tyree, the indictment states that Tyree and Reuben arrived at the hotel where the victim was staying at the time, with Reuben dressed as a "Walt" messenger and holding a pizza tray.

The two entered the hotel room, and while Reuben attacked him, laid him on the floor, sat on him and gagged him, Tyree took his phone and tried to transfer digital coins to himself.

The two opened the safe in the room and took pictures of the complainant's son.

In addition, the two asked the complainant what his occupation was and he replied that he was a NFT trader.

Later, according to the indictment, the complainant guided Tyree in purchasing NFTs at his request.

When Tieri lost money from the deal, he blamed the complainant for the loss and told him that he owed him $100,000.

The complainant told Tieri that he could not transfer the money to him and he in response ordered him to rent offices in his name, where a digital currency investment company would be run and ordered the complainant to work there for free, as part of the debt repayment.

After a few months, when he refused to continue coming to work, four of the accused arrived at his apartment in a building in Herzliya, located on the seventh floor.

And they threatened him: "Open the door or I will open it and you will not be forgiven."

The complainant, who saw that it was them, refused to open for them - and in response they broke the door and broke into his apartment.

To escape from them, he jumped through the apartment window, passed between balconies and reached the roof of the nearby mall.

The defendants chased him and while he was running away he called the police and shouted that Tyree was chasing him and wanted to kill him.

Immediately afterwards he entered the nearby hotel and asked the guests to hide him.

At the same time Tyree, who remained in his apartment, took the complainant's laptop and his ID card.

When he was in the hospital, the indictment states that Zalka came to the scene in order to prevent him from filing a complaint with the police.

One of the accused threatened him because he shouldn't talk to the police because "we have pictures of your son".

But the victim still complained to the police.

After being invited for questioning, Tyree called the complainant and ordered him to meet him at a restaurant near the station, where Reuven and Tyree's lawyer were waiting for him.

Together they went to pick up Tyree, who, as a condition of his release, signed that he would have no contact with the complainant for a week, and Tyree threatened him once more.

A request for detention until the end of the proceedings was filed against the accused.

Attorney Friedman stated in the arrest request that "the reason for the dangerousness of the respondents screams from the charges detailed in the indictment, the climax of which was the event that is the subject of the third charge.

In this incident, the complainant was so terrified of the respondents that he preferred to jump from the window of his apartment rather than stay with them in the same room.

The respondents did not know enough, despite the fact that the complainant jumped from the window,
