the Police arrived in Sucre at 1900 at 4:15 a.m. after receiving a 911 call
from security personnel at the checkpoint on the block who saw a person fall from the balcony of the building.
Once there, they found that the man who had thrown himself from the 21st floor of the building was Gustavo Martínez, Ricardo Fort's ex-partner, who
had taken custody of the children of the deceased media
man in 2013. He was transferred urgently, but he no longer had vital signs.
