The security employee has been promoted and is having a lot of fun with his new tasks.
The RTLZWEI show "Hartz und Herzen" is now known throughout Germany.
For five years now, the likeable residents have been delighting fans in front of the television with their "Mannheim Schnauze".
The social documentary shows real life - everyday life with Hartz IV, money worries, family and future planning.

Leave the Hartz IV clichés behind and dare to make a new start: that was the plan of "Hartz and cordially" favorite Jonas from Mannheim.
Standing with both feet on the ground – that's what the 22-year-old really wants.
That's why Jonas dared to take a step with far-reaching consequences: the "Hartz und cordial" offspring turned their backs on the Benz barracks and moved with his girlfriend.
At the moment everything revolves around the world of work for the young Barackler.
Jonas has been working for the Mannheim security service "STAFF Security" for 3 years now.
In an interview with MANNHEIM24, the TV favorite now talks about his career and his promotion.

"Hartz and cordially": How did Jonas come to be in the security service?
It was through a friend that Jonas became aware of the job as a security officer.
Then everything happened very quickly: "I then went to the boss and had my job interview there and then he asked: When can you start?" Jonas reveals in the MANNHEIM24 interview.
Jonas enjoys his job - and it now seems to be paying off!
In an interview with MANNHEIM24, he now announces good news: "I'm an object manager.
I now have my own object, so to speak.
My tasks here are: If there are three or four of us here, I have to tell people what they have to do, for example".

"Hartz and cordial" - Jonas talks about his boss: "Has placed a lot of trust in me"
Jonas has ambitious plans for the future, which his supervisor has also recognized.
"He put a lot of trust in me.
I've also earned my boss's trust," explains Jonas proudly in an interview with MANNHEIM24.
Working in the security industry was not his dream job at all.
“My idea was that I would only do security temporarily.
[...] You should continue your education, you have to be good with people [...] but it's fun, you earn your money honestly and you always discover something new - you're in new places and meet new people" , Jonas continued to MANNHEIM24.

He has already endured many ups and downs with "Hartz und Herzen".
Jonas can hardly be seen in the new episodes, which have been broadcast on RTLZWEI since January 2023.
In an interview with MANNHEIM24, the "Hartz and cordial" favorite has already spoken about his participation in the social documentary and a possible exit.
Jonas is rewarded for his commitment and motivation on the job.
The "Hartz and warm" viewers also give the Mannheimer encouragement on the Internet.
