The final of Class 3 of
National Tourism
, which was held this Sunday at the Concordia racetrack, had a moment of madness.
It happened when
Ianina Zanazzi
was out of the competition after a contact with
Mauricio Geymonat
and the experienced Chacabuco driver went right to rebuke her colleague and ended up kicking her car.
It was in the race for the fourth date of the season, which was won by
Ever Franetovich
, followed by José Manuel Urcera and Gaston Iansa.
"Very hot. It's annoying when the drivers don't know how to lose. When I have to be behind, I work to improve, without screwing anyone's life up. It costs a lot to come to race. I ended up with the car all broken, it caught fire, The engine broke because of a pilot who doesn't know how to lose position. Skinny, it went wrong, take it back and see how to recover the position later. And if you don't take it, I recommend a psychologist and work on it with a psychologist, but you can't do this", Zanazzi exploded in dialogue with Public TV, in charge of the official transmission.
In this sense, Zanazzi continued: "We have been having maneuvers and I am in favor of the plate plate, but it is a good show when we all go in together and we all come out together, positions change, but we come out. Not when cars start to be thrown away and all broken. Because the truth is that it's hard for me, I don't have it easy and having to repair a car for a stupid person who doesn't know how to lose a position hurts me. It hurts me for the sport and the category. We are a barbaric category".
And he concluded: "I got off wanting to rip his head off. That's where I remember that I am a pilot and an athlete and you have to trust the sports commissioners who sanction, but sanction with a heavy hand, because if you make a warning in the other race it's the same. You really have to put on your pants and sanction these things. We don't have to forget that this is a sport."
Much calmer, Geymonat told what happened.
"He puts the car inside me, when we are going to take the curve to the left it begins to leave me without a track, the tires begin to suck, and a pity, I'm sorry, it was unintentional, but I had no other place to go I understand the frustration, we all get angry when something like this happens, but I'm not going to do it on purpose, I run out of clues and go outside alone."
