The State Prosecutor decided today (Sunday) that no appeal will be filed against the verdict of the Nazareth District Court in the case of Roman Zadorov.
The decision was made after a thorough and thorough examination of the verdict, and after a series of discussions held by the State Attorney with the Deputy State Attorney (Criminal Matters), the Director of the Criminal Department of the State Attorney's Office and its staff, the prosecution team that handled the case, and other senior attorneys.

At the end of the hearings, the conclusion was reached that it was impossible to establish a real legal feasibility for filing an appeal against the verdict. This is in light of the legal rule according to which the appellate court does not tend to interfere with factual findings determined by a lower court, as well as in determinations regarding the credibility of witnesses or in the decision to prefer the testimony of one expert over another.
