One of the best chefs in the world and the star of Peruvian cuisine, Jorge Munoz, comes to Israel. Together with executive chef Tomer Tal, he will open an international restaurant in Tel Aviv for only 20 days. The two will be joined by Spanish cocktail artist and Spanish mixology prodigy Santiago Ortiz Giacom and Italian pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorni.

Some might say it's a once-in-a-lifetime meal: Round Table Concept's 20Days by American Express restaurant and toMIX experience site opens on June 8 at the NYX Hotel, 29 Harakevet Street, Tel Aviv, for an intimate ten-course tasting dinner. The dishes created by the two chefs combine the Mediterranean ingredients with the passion and colorfulness of Peruvian cuisine. The meal will be accompanied by unique cocktails based on Santiago Ortiz's premium brand "Tequila Patron" and will end with spectacular desserts by pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorni.

Chef Tomer Tal is considered one of Israel's most respected chefs today. It gained widespread international recognition when the George & John restaurant at the Drisco Hotel, which he leads, reached sixth place in the Middle East's ranking of the best restaurants in the Middle East by 50Best Restaurants earlier this year and was even ranked as the best restaurant in Tel Aviv.
