At the end of their police custody around 15:30 p.m. on Friday, two of the five trade unionists arrested on Wednesday were brought to justice. They are suspected of having caused savage power cuts in Bordeaux, Cenon and Mérignac during the demonstrations against the pension reform. While awaiting trial on 21 November for "degradation in a meeting, manifestly deliberate violation of a particular security obligation", triple a break-in in a technical room for one of them, the two activists were placed under judicial control. For their three other comrades, the case was dismissed at the end of their hearings.
CGT puts pressure on
Their comrades of the CGT, who had been demonstrating without prior declaration for 36 hours under the windows of the police station, were waiting for them when they left. They had moved barnum, slogans, music and megaphones in front of the Palace of Justice, Place des Droits de l'Homme. The activists dispersed around 16 p.m., half an hour after the "release" of their members, in accordance with their promise not to leave the premises before.
