Azrieli shares jumped sharply on TASE and entered a trading halt, following a report worldwide according to which onterio and Brookfiled Infrastructure announced that they had entered negotiations with Azrieli to acquire its holdings in Compass.
According to reports, the deal is worth about $5.5 billion for Compass, with Azrieli holding 24% of the company. Azrieli shares jumped more than 10% before the trading stoppage of the share, so that it is now trading at a value of NIS 30 billion.
