A 35-year-old Eritrean sexually harassed a 14-year-old and injured a 49-year-old woman in Hausham. During the arrest, the psychologically conspicuous man resisted.
Hausham \u15 According to police, the incident occurred on Thursday around 14 p.m. The 35-year-old was walking in Hausham when she was suddenly approached by a <>-year-old Eritrean in Tegernseer Straße and touched indecently against her will. The girl fled – pursued by the man – to a nearby shop where she works.
Uninvolved witnesses take up pursuit
When the 49-year-old shopkeeper confronted the man, he reacted aggressively. He attacked the Haushamerin and injured her slightly. He then fled on foot. The shopkeeper alerted the police, and uninvolved witnesses took up the pursuit of the man in the meantime.
Seven officers confront man in the Way of the Cross
Several police patrols, a total of seven officers from the Miesbach Inspectorate and neighboring offices, were finally able to confront the Eritrean in the Way of the Cross. During the arrest, the 35-year-old put up considerable resistance and injured two police officers. The man was psychologically conspicuous to the officers and was therefore placed in a psychiatric facility due to the existing danger of others.
35-year-olds expect several criminal proceedings
The 35-year-old has so far lived in private accommodation in Hausham, nothing is known about his residence status. He is now facing several criminal charges, including sexual harassment, dangerous bodily harm and resistance to law enforcement officers.
