Even attempts by her friends to persuade a 13-year-old girl who tried to prevent her from getting into the car of a 21-year-old Tel Aviv resident, whom she met online, were also to no avail, and an hour later, he raped her. On Wednesday, he was severely indicted in the District Court for rape and sodomy.

According to the indictment, about two and a half weeks ago, the defendant met the girl through the Omegle app, and later on the WhatsApp-t Instagram apps, while introducing himself as seventeen and a half years old. As part of the talks, the two arranged to meet near a public park in the Sharon area.

The girl arrived there with her friends, while the young man arrived with his mother's car. When he met her, he suggested that she get into the car with him, while her friends tried to persuade her not to do so and even told the defendant, among other things, "She's small, you don't understand that she's smaller than you, it seems sane to you." The defendant did not give up and asked her to get into his car and drive with him. Eventually she agreed and sat down in the front seat next to the driver's seat.

When she got into the car, the defendant also got into the car, sat in the driver's seat, and began driving, during which the girl asked him to let her get out of the car, to which he responded by telling her, "Either you pay me gas or you stay with me." At one point, he parked his car in the parking lot and began kissing her, who tried to get out of the car, but he prevented her and then forcibly rolled up her shirt and committed rape and sodomy while she resisted, and in response he told her, "Do it and I'll let you go, do it for ten minutes and then we'll drive back."

During his first interrogation, the defendant denied any sexual contact with the girl. During subsequent interrogations, he changed his version and claimed that he had indeed had sexual contact, but did not know her age, believed that she was 18 years old, and that the acts were done with her consent and initiative.

The motion for remand until the end of the proceedings stated: "His actions committed against a 13-year-old and nine-month-old girl in the heart of a city, against her consent, while confining her in a vehicle, for the purpose of fulfilling his sexual desires, express his great danger, both to the minor and to the public in general. The respondent lured the minor girl to meet with him by misrepresenting his age and the type of encounter, and then imprisoned her and performed sexual acts forcibly and against her consent, all in order to satisfy his sexual desire. Therefore, grounds for arrest have arisen in his case," the arrest request states.
