At around 12:05 P.M., the judges in Case 1000 entered the courtroom in Jerusalem. At the same time, in the English seaside town of Brighton, businessman Arnon Milchan entered the hotel hall rented to testify. There, the prime minister's wife, Sarah Netanyahu, was waiting for him, whose request to be present was approved.

The testimony began with an investigation by the prosecution, led by attorney Liat Ben Ari. Milchan answered questions about his business dealings in Israel, his ties with Netanyahu and his family, the gifts he transferred, and more. Among other things, Milchan recounted an incident in which he was asked to buy Yair Netanyahu a doll at a Warner Brothers store. According to him, Sarah demanded a larger doll than the one he had purchased. He said he had to go down himself on a rainy day to buy a Bugs Bunny doll, with which he stood in the rain waiting for a taxi.
Regarding the gifts to Netanyahu and his wife, Milchan said that at first it was he who initiated it, but later, the couple's requests became routine. "I told Hadas Klein [Milchan's personal assistant], you have an open ticket to give the prime minister whatever he wants."
