On July 9, a young woman published images of a man who seems to make her a proposal of paid sex in the parking lot of a gym, in the commercial area of Saint-Maximin, in the south of the Oise. According to our information, the young woman filed a complaint on July 12. Contacted, the prosecutor's office of Senlis indicates that "an investigation has been opened on the charge of sexual harassment". The investigations were entrusted to the gendarmes of the territorial brigade of Chantilly.

According to the victim, the individual approached her at the exit of her gym and said: "Hold 100 euros do you sleep with me?" she wrote. It is after this scene that the video, filmed with the young woman's mobile phone, begins, and on which we see a man who actually holds notes in his hand. At a relatively close distance from his interlocutor who seems to be about to get into his car, we hear him say: "I have 100 euros there". "So what?" she replies. "Without malice, or all there... ", he resumes as he continues to show off his money.
The young woman cuts short: "But I'm not a whore," she says. "I've never said that, I know very well. I respect and everything," he defends himself. But the man does not leave, while the victim continues to repeat "No". "You're chelou. You wait for all the girls and you propose to them? It's not good to do that," she continues. The man struggles to justify himself and mumbles incomprehensible remarks. She finally ends the exchange and asks him to move.
Since then, she has posted the video on Twitter where it has found considerable resonance. The video was viewed 5.4 million times, retweeted more than 5,000 times, and generated hundreds of comments, most of them outraged. But for now, if his face is visible in the reflection of a car, the man has still not been arrested. Sexual harassment is punishable by 2 years' imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros.
