It's a bit like the lottery. At the unified command center (CCU) of the RER A in Vincennes, in the Val-de-Marne, the days follow one another but are not alike. And Nis, one of the line's two titular community managers, never knows what trend he's going to fall on when he takes office. It is responsible for informing users on social networks of the state of traffic. And sometimes, like this Thursday afternoon, incidents follow one another.
