This Thursday, July 20, around 19 p.m., a 14-year-old teenager who was riding his bike in Houilles (Yvelines) was attacked by six young people along the rue Ledru-Rollin, in a residential neighborhood known to be quiet. The young cyclist was beaten, then relieved of his bike and mobile phone.
The report provided by the witness of the assault allowed the Sartrouville police to arrest six suspects in the neighborhood. One of them had the victim's mobile phone. The bike, which did not have a marking device, was not found.

The accused are between 13 and 15 years old. They are all from Argenteuil, in the Val-d'Oise. One of them was brought to justice on Friday afternoon. The custody of the other five has been extended.
The victim, whose parents filed a complaint at the Sartrouville police station, did not wish to be examined by the doctors of the medico-judicial unit (UMJ). "This teenager is nevertheless psychologically shocked by this attack in the street," said a police source.
