Shani informed users in the post that this evening his restaurants in Israel will remain closed as a sign of solidarity with the "human right to live a free life," he said. "In the midst of all the protests in Israel, we decided tonight to close our restaurants in order to identify with the human right to live his private life in a free life without harming others," wrote the chef, who chose to post the remarks on a photo to which he added a tag of all the places he owns.
