The people of Eittingen can now enjoy Italian cuisine again. Vyara Dzhambazova has opened her "Ristorante Dea" on the Upper Main Street.
Eitting – Dzhambazova has leased the premises of the former "Da Massimo" and serves pasta, pizza, Italian appetizers, meat and fish dishes and desserts there. When the weather is nice, the outdoor seating is tempting. In addition, she has refurbished the restaurant, which shines in rustic-noble chic.
Born in Bulgaria, she had run a restaurant on the beach in her old homeland for ten years before gaining experience in Norway. The 45-year-old has been living in the district for around ten years.
"Now the Dea has to establish itself. Later, I would also like to offer dishes from Balkan cuisine," she reveals. Then the map will get further international flair with a focus on Bulgaria. "Dea" translates as "goddess". "It's short and easy to remember," says Dzhambazova, explaining her choice.
In terms of personnel, her team is well positioned, but she does not have to struggle with staff shortages. The "Ristorante Dea" is open Tuesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 14 p.m. and from 17.30 p.m. to 23 p.m. Hot meals are served until 22 pm. All dishes are also available to take away. Monday is a day off.
