According to Tal Cohen, the company's CEO, "Already during the past week it was possible to feel a significant improvement in the network of lines, and we intend to continue working to expand the network of lines and their quality for the welfare of passengers. We are aware of the difficulties experienced by the residents recently, and since the satisfaction of our customers is important to us, we have invested enormous resources in improving the service in the Binyamin Regional Council."
