Pool disaster: A report at MDA's 101 hotline in the Dan District received today (Tuesday) about the drowning of a 4-year-old girl in a public pool on Uri Zvi Greenberg Street in Tel Aviv.
MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment at the scene and performed CPR on the girl. When her pulse returned, she was taken to Ichilov Hospital on a ventilator and in serious condition.

MDA paramedic Marlene Brinzsky and emergency medical medic Zvika Lehrer said: "The girl who was pulled out of the water was unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing. We immediately began medical treatment and prolonged resuscitation, and when her heart beat again, we put her in an intensive care unit and urgently evacuated her to hospital in serious condition and on a ventilator."
